Swtiched brands of dog food & am willing to pay out of pocket to have my foster dogs health certified & immunizations done, just so I will never step a foot into this store again. From the staff who seem too busy for questions to the staff who is always available, but answers in a rude & condescending way, I have never encountered such a collectively rude & difficult to deal with set of employees, ever. Whether it's showing up for a scheduled vet appointment & being told, "shot clinic starts @ 4" in a put out way & when informing staff that you have an appointment, they respond with, "well then have a seat", to trying to set up an account that will make them $$$ & having someone tell you, " call corporate, I don't want to be responsible for that, would you?". I have gone to this store so many times over the last 7 years with the purpose of making a purchase & been met with such abrasiveness & sarcasm, that I have not only not made the purchace, but walked right back out the door. All that has kept me going back is a brand of dog food & I have changed that effective today.
