I am completely satisfied with the Lenox products and the service that Dale & Lee's Service provided for my home. They gave me the most bang for the buck. They were able to get all available rebates for the equipment I selected and applied them to the total cost of the project.

Dale & Lee have always taken care of our needs for at least 30 something years. When purchasing new a new central A/C unit Dale & Lee’s was the first company I called… and the only company I would call. They have become family friends and I will never go anywhere else.

We had the techs from D&L come out twice and they were unable to fix the problem correctly. We were told our interface board was bad and they replaced it . For almost 2 months afterwards we continued to have SAME exact problem . The heater would work half the time and then stop. Decided to get 2nd opinion and found a tech with different company that was able to fix the problem . Turns out it was the spark assembly and heat sensor were clogged up and the charge was only 40.00 ( to FIX it ) !! We spent over 715.00 ! I tried contacting company and they were friendly but did not resolve it . Basically told me they asked their tech and he said the board was bad . ( duh) what did they expect him to say ? Asking a tech is not looking into it . They could have asked to speak to the guy that did fix it . They never did explain why their 2 techs never found the other 2 problems nor found them on yearly check ups. The build up did not just appear in a week after r they left . I asked for labor costs but received nothing . Very disappointed since we had been regular customers for several years The Gillenwaters
