My hair is completely ruined!! I went to the Oviedo Mall store thinking I'd save a little money from the special that they had with a color, cut, and style for $80.00. I should of spent the extra money elsewhere. I went in as a deep brown with long straight layers. I asked for the stylist to lift it a couple shades lighter like a light brown or caramel tone. First, she bleached my whole head to lift the processed color out (which was left orange)and left me lying in the bowl for like 40 minutes. Then, when she went to dye it she just squirted color all over. I was all spotty and orangish yellow all around my hairline. She didn't concentrate on my roots or lift my head out of the bowl to be thorough. Then I was left in the bowl for another 30 minutes. My neck was KILLING me! After that, she went to cut and style. She gave me uneven bangs and really didn't change up my layers very much. And when she went to blow dry she used a COMB the whole time!! OUCH! This was the WORST hair experience I've ever had. I asked for a refund and the manager said it was up to the stylist since she only rented the booth and wasn't actually apart of the company. I was in tears. That's the last time I will ever cheap out on my hair ever again.
