I have used Brad Curl twice and will probably be calling on his services again in the near future. I utilized his team to replace/upgrade my master shower. He discovered some small hidden problems (old shower had drywall behind the tiles instead of concrete board, and water damage to wood underneath step-in) and was able to remedy those. In addition, he did a good job on tiling and adding a border trim in the middle to give it a little nicer look. His suggestion to add a curved shower rod which prevents the curtain from sticking to me worked out great. He was also able to install the faucet, soap dish, and towel rod.

On a later project, I used his team to do work in the kitchen. Drywall patching, re-painting, building a new pantry door and shelves, new door and casing. He really did a good job on the kitchen to give it a polished look.

Brad and Tricia are really good at communicating with me. I knew exactly when the work would start and Brad was on time for both projects. Brad was also able to work within my budget, never trying to push me to add stuff I didn't need. He always asked if I plan to live here, sell, or rent, and was able to keep the costs reasonable. For example, there is no reason to install a $4000 shower in a house that is only worth 125 grand. He understands this and helped keep my costs in proper proportions.

In addition to all this, Brad stayed committed to finishing the the project so that it was finished in a reasonable time frame. I've had a ton of work done on my house since the water damage and have used several contractors. A few of them would start work and then leave my house unattended while they finished other projects, dragging the process out. Not Brad. Once he started he made sure to devote his full attention to my house until the work was complete. I really appreciate that.

Brad was fantastic! I had a wonderful experience. I was shocked to see the previous review. I spoke with Tricia his secretary and she quickly scheduled Brad to do all my repairs and improvements I had in mind. Brad was prompt, professional and even suggested some alternative ideas to what I had in mind which were even more cost effective to my wallet. I would absolutely use him again and plan on suggesting him to all my friends and family. Everything turned out better than expected and I am very pleased with all of the work. Brad is a really good guy and talented in his craft, he can fix just about anything in your house. His office manager, Tricia is a scheduling wizard and a master of communication. Brad's website is spiffy, the testimonials were great, he was punctual and his price was very reasonable. I hired Brad to repair and install a list of 20 items that were long overdue. Some repairs were done great while others were not so great. I think Brad would agree that he didn't bring his 'A' game to my house to do the repairs. He works very fast and sometimes he's not very conscientious. He made mistakes that a novice would make. I ended up hiring other professionals to repair some of the damage that Brad did to my house which ended up costing me alot more money in the long run. My intent is not to bash Brad or his business, I happen to like him, but my one experience hiring him was not a pleasant one, it was actually very stressful. Perhaps Brad's poor performance was an anomaly and everyone is entitled to a bad day. If you're a perfectionist, I wouldn't recommend hiring Brad. I won't hire Brad again nor will I refer him. Sorry Brad but I call it as I see it.

I have used Brad Curl Handyman on 2 occasions, once in Winter Park and Ft Myers. They were beyond professional and courteous. Their pricing is outstanding and this company you can rely on. I will continue to use them as often as I can, I recommend them highly.

A friend who found Brad Curl’s Handyman Service on Yellowpages.com raved about the experience she had with her home renovations and recommended I call him when she heard I wanted to renovate my kitchen. Brad was clear and explained everything involved with the kitchen remodel my husband and I had in mind. He let us know upfront that there may be issues inside the walls with framing and hanging the cabinets before he even began so there was no surprise when he showed us the poor work that had been done in the past. Brad and his workers showed up on time and finished the job in the time frame promised. I’ll admit I added some additional molding and trim work to the job that left them at my home a little late, but Brad was nice enough not to charge me for the additional trim he installed. I love my kitchen, and the options he suggested in the planning phase were a great idea. I will be calling Brad again in the future for my home repairs and renovations. I have already referred him to a co-worker who is getting her kitchen started in the next few weeks by Brad. It’s hard to find honest, quality work at a reasonable price these days but Brad’s pricing was more then fair and he showed great character and pride in his work and the job he did (they even swept and moped the entire kitchen and dining room when completed!)

I have seen Brad's truck around the area for some time, but hadn't needed any work done until recently. I Googled Brad Curl's Handyman and found him on several servers including yellowpages.com. His web site and pictures were impressive so I decided to request a quote from his web site. Within 3 hours I received a call from Brad and we set up an appointment for him to look at my home.

After meeting with Brad I was that much more impressed. He explained what would be done in detail and answered all my questions and gave a fair bid. I hired Brad that day and the work was done in a professional, timely and cost efficient manor.
