The staff was friendly and professional. Our car looks like brand new. Great service from beginning to end.

My son totaled his car last week and this place made the experience worse. They shouldn't be in business.



We received permission from our insurance company to keep our after market stereo and leave the original with the vehicle before they took it to the salvage yard. The AutoNation Collision Center in Oveido wouldn't remove the radio for us even after offering to pay for their time. They also wouldn't let us remove the radio while the vehicle was on their property. We were already upside down on our auto loan by $2700 bucks so I was hoping keep the few hundred we spent on the stereo. They made a bad situation even worse. I will never use them again and hope no one else does either
