Being a first time home buyer there was a laundry list of things that I had no idea about but Lou from Advance/ Prestige Home Inspections took the time to answer each and every question and made the process that much easier. Great, easy to understand report and very good prices.

Buying a home was stressful enough being a first time home buyer, but these guys were fantastic!!! They really take the time to walk you through the process as well as assist with my many questions. Never having ever owned a home I found myself learning many new tricks and techniques that I use now! Competitive price and great service I would highly recommend!

WOW! The best home inspection by far! They give a great, detailed report during the inspection. They also give a good, reasonable price, for all the work being done. I would definitely give two thumbs up and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
