3 dogs (small, medium, and beyond large) go to Daycare 6 days a week and board often! They LOVE Sydney's. They are excited to jump from the car to inside and play! They don't even look back!! They come home and just chill from a fun day of play!! Great Staff, great prices! Love love love

I took my schnoodle puppy to be groomed for the third time at Sydney's Pet Spa and when I dropped her off I specifically told the groomer that I preferred her a little shaggy and asked her to please just trim and tidy her coat.

When I picked her up several hours later, I wasn't even sure I was given the right dog. She was completely shaved and when the groomer handed her to me she said that she (slightly) 'nicked' her hind leg. I saw nothing right away and the puppy seemed stressed so I quickly paid and left. When we arrived home I found that I had a lot of blood on my clothes and when I examined the puppy closer I found that she had a 2 and 1/2 inch open wound on her hind leg in the sensitive soft part of her lower tendon.

I called Sydney's and spoke to the owner. She didn't offer so much as an apology..only excuses and defending the groomer by saying it was a difficult area to get to and she proceeded to insult me by saying I should take better care of the dog's coat. I wasn't asking for anything. I was VERY patient and friendly and was met with much resistance. I didn't even request the $60.00 I paid for the grooming. (she didn't offer it back either)

I immediately took the puppy to the vet. She had to wear a med collar for 3 weeks while it healed. In addition to the $60.00 grooming, I paid approx. $200 in vet bills and had a very sad puppy. She couldn't eat, play or rest comfortably. I had to hand feed her and carry her everywhere to get her outside. In the end I had to re-train everything she had learned.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I think they have a nice little building with fancy things in a pretty part of town. That can all be deceiving.

I love this place. They love your dog like it was their own. Annnnnnnnnd they have all the services in one. Vet, grooming and treats. Can't beat it!!! Susan Duran
