I went to this station on Christmas day and a worker was verbally abusive to a woman who had just pulled away from the pump by accident - she made it only a few feet. The pump was not broken but he had lost control with her. I have never witnessed such abusive display from a business owner. The young woman was obviously pregnant and had a toddler/small child in the car and he would not allow her to enter. I aIso witnessed the man tell her to get up on a ladder to connect the hose and she did. I asked if I could call the police but she stated that she already had. I will never return to this station although it is close to my home. I would hate to think of how I would be treated if in the same position. It was clear that the young lady was treated with such disrespect because she was a woman and was american - not east indian.
