So I have never been to a yoga class. Very interesting. All new to me. My wife talked me into it and I will admit it seemed helpful for stretching and relaxing. The room was a little too warm because they had a hot class before this one so I will try and not have that happen again. The instructor was very helpful and made it easy to try the positions without having to get them perfect.

I plan to try for once a week with my wife. There are mostly stretching positions and breathing exercises but also some strength positions that are really good.

Really good people run the place.
