I did some shopping in on of your stores at 119th and Metcalf, today 10/30/2015 around 11 am today. I purchased 10 items for a total of $51.14. At the time of check out I thought the total seemed a little high knowing the products I brought. The process of checking out was VERY swift. By the time I got the last item out of the basket and up to the pay station, all items were already rung up. I came home and started to unpack my items and looked at the receipt. Two items were incorrect, I purchased a pack of meat w/an Instant Savings coupon which was not removed from the package and was not reflect on my receipt, the savings was $1.44. Another item was a Febreze car clip, which was marked on the self w/a yellow tag at approximately $2.70. For that price I thought I would try it. I was charged $5.49. I would not have purchased it at that price. I did return to the store and went to the service desk and got my money back, $4.47. I appreciate the speed of the checkout, b ut accuracy is VERY important. the cashier noted on the receipt is "Leny". I was overcharged almost 10% of the total bill that I paid. This is not good practice or acceptable. I have been a customer at this particular store for many years and have noticed a decline in service and products offered. It is the closest Price Chopper to my home but seriously considering taking my shopping to another store.
