Had this company out for a Mohawk carpet claim. The company owner is a nice polite person. He stated the carpet looked bad for only being down a year and a half. He did his thing.. thanked us and sent the report back to Mohawk denying the claim. Its obvious he works for whoever pays him. The paycheck drives his opinions. VERY UNHAPPY
