Ok a bunch of you guys complain about how the service is, realize some cars only have a limited warrenty and not only that they buy as is, minor things on vehicals they fix. We have bought two cars from them and newer and have only had one problem that did not accure to recently and they fixed it cheap. Metcal will decline you if your bills go unpaid or your refernces say no to them. Think before you judge. I had no credit and bought the day i went in. if you waited long that is not on them for your screwed credit or job not answering :)

We went here in search of a car because of our bad credit. I got laid off on maternity leave and we needed a vehicle. They made us wait 2 hours while they did the credit checks etc and then came out and told us no. So their bad credit commercial lies. They lie.. Horrible business practice if you ask me...

I wouldn't buy a car from here they don't stand behind their cars.A friend had a Chevy Tahoe that started acting up the first week the person that looked at it and supposedly fixed it didn't even put it in the books so when they motor went because of the same problem they made my friend Pay for a new motor and it wasn't even new it was rebuilt. then the tranny went out the next week he sent it back and stopped paying because they wouldn't stand behind fixing it for free. also the person that worked on it the first time quit a week later. after not putting that he worked on it the first time. So you tell me would you buy a car from there I highly doubt it
