This is a great place to shop. Since the clothing is already discounted there's always a new variety to choose from. There are sometimes big 50% to 75% off their already low prices on special electronic items, like cameras and toys. You can't bet their prices for Christmas gifts. And the best thing JCPenney gives you a huge credit limit. Mine is $1800. They increase the rate with your spending and payment history I guess. The clothing is nice and stylish. Oh they had graduation and prom gowns that started at $39,00 and went down each week. They went to $29.99 and a few weeks later to $16.99. They finally went down to $12.99. Wow!
