Great overland park carper cleaning service. We had carpets that were absolutely dirty and almost beyond repair. After a good carper cleaning though from the carpet cleaner who came to our home, I was in shock at how new and clean our carpets looked (and smelled)! I would recommend to anyone in the Kansas City are looking for a carpet cleaning service.

Our service was above standard. Our cleaning was professionally done and the two gentlemen were very honest and forthcoming. They were very detailed and even used some equipment to dry the floors that were had not been used to from the other service we have been using. We highly recommend this service and will tell our friends that Guaranteed provides a great service at a great price. 5 Star Cleaning here in our home!

I would have to say that I really enjoy having Guaranteed come out to clean my carpets. Outside of the kind and respectful gentlemen they employ, I would have to agree that they are one of the msot qualified in the area. This is not just an opinion but we have used several cleaners and most just ignore the satins and say they are permanent without hesitation. Guaranteed was able to work on and remove almost all the stains except the one that a steemer came out and ruined. Either way hands down these guys rock and you shouyld give them a shot!

Comments: We used another service prior to calling Guaranteed and they started halfway and the machine kept braking down. We understood that issue happen but they wanted us to pay them in full so they could go and fi the machine and come back tomorrow. I was amazed at the audacity of the guy who came. Brad and Zack came out the same day and rescued us from this issue. The carpets actually came cleaner than they were after the other guys cleaned them. I will not name names but the company is not very professional and I should have listened to my gut and not tried to be so cheap. The carpets still look great and this cleaning was around 3 months ago. Hired these professionals for carpet cleaning in May 2013. They were able to remove the yellow dtains in our living room and had our whole hoise looking so nice. Carpets still look and smell fresh a month later. Thx

Our dogs have made a mess of our home time and time again. Everytime i call Guaranteed Carpet we know that we will have a great smelling home again. I prefer not to get rid of the pups and prefer keeping this family business running locally. You should definetely give them a call if you are in need of a good deep carpet cleaning.

I was very satisfied. We had used other cleaning services in the past that had not come close to the detail of this service. We have a few red spots that were troublesome and they spent extra time removing them. In responce to the review below we also have a king sized bed and I would not expect anyone to move it because it weighs about 400lbs and the last service tried to move it and they broke the support. That is probably why most companies tell you they cannot move the real heavy items. Either way we were impressed and will be using this service in the future!
