The Beltmann Group is THE WORS...

The Beltmann Group is THE WORSE RELOCATION BUSINESS IN TOWN. DO NOT USE THEM.



They are liars saying they called and left voice messages on our system but we had no miss calls or voice messages from them. They were hours late which backed up our time. On top of them lying they had BAD ATTITUDES. The one older guy had 2 straight out of high schoolers helping who had no idea what they were doing. He had a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Attitude doing the work as well as with my coworker. She was just trying to help them out around the new office and the older guy was on the phone with someone from the office and he called her "This Little lady here" in a condescending tone, and we were right in front of him. When my coworker confronted him, he acted like he didn't say anything wrong. That is So unprofessional and childish. The whole time they were dragging with bad attitudes.



To make matters worse and to prove our point that they did a bad job; when it came time collect the space savers and boxes we had leftover, these guys SNEAKED into the building without giving us ANY Notice that they were here to collect the boxes, they didn't even come in the front lobby to let us know they were here to collect. We didn't sign anything. All we knew was they were coming in on Wednesday and they snuck into the back area where it's connected to the Freight Elevators, and when my coworker use the back door entrance, she saw that all the boxes were gone! And that's how we knew they snuck in. HOW PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL is that?!! LAck of any courtesy, no training, lack of manners and respect!!



We didn't bother to report them to their manager because he was not the best guy to speak to neither. No help at all which just goes to show what a shady business they are. So not worth the trouble. If your employees are disrespectful and lazy, it shows how much the manager cares or lacks care and attention to his/her business.



DO NOT USE THEM. SHADY BUSINESS. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND ADVISE EVERYONE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. I would give them ZERO Stars if I could.
