Brought my mom here today since I haven't been in the area for a long time. I used to come here in 2012 when I lived in the area. Pub chips were cold and served with no dip - told they changed how they served them now. When they brought the coffee, which we were told was "just brewed' it was so bitter it was barely drinkable. I got the Don Corleone flatbread and it passed as fair. Very greasy! My mom got the micro plates of almonds and bacon on some kind of bread. The bacon was so far cooked it was dry and fell off the bread. The manager did come over twice as our waitress knew we weren't happy. He ultimately comped our entire bill, which was the right thing to do. Hopefully they will try the food before it leaves the kitchen to get a grip on quality control for future guests.
