My technician, Alex Diaz, did a very thorough job of identifying problem areas and providing appropriate solutions. I appreciate his time and attention to details when it comes to getting the job done.

Our Aptive treatment was top notch again this quarter. Our house is a bit hard to find, but our technician persevered and still made it on time. He politely introduced himself, and showed great pride in his work. He adjusted his treatment to account for the weather conditions and completed the work thoroughly and expeditiously. Thanks Aptive!

Stay away from this company, sales reps will come with big smiles saying "there are no cancellation fees" but when you call to cancel, surprise, surprise!

My Technician That arrived at my home and Completed My Application was Damon.
Damon was Extremely Patient, Understanding and Caring. My physician informed me that I am allergic to Bugs. I want no Bugs, Ever In My Home Or Outside, The Thought Of PEST HAS DEVASTATED ME.

We called Aptive for an "extra" visit re. a wasp problem. Danzel Campbell, the technician, arrived promptly, listened/followed me around as I pointed out the problem areas. He treated the entire outside area and removed several wasp nests. He gave me an update before he left. Very polite and professional.

Julio Hernandez did an excellent job explaining exactly what he was going to be doing, and how their service was environmentally friendly. He was very friendly and helpful.

Besides that, Aptive was very economical, compared to other local pest control services.

The Aptive man who came to my house was super. He went around the entire house, including my deck, and took care of several wasp nests up high. Then he volunteered to come in and treat the basement if I wanted him to. I agreed and he treated the entire basement. He was courteous, affable, and very professional. His name was Monty and he did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. I am very satisfied with their service.
