This review is for Bryan, the owner of the Dolphin Car Washes who refused to repair the damage his business inflicted on my car:



I just wanted to let you know that I've been spreading the word regarding your lack of integrity, and I'm pretty sure that I've already diverted enough washes to Route 6 Pro Wash (another full-service car wash right around the corner from Dolphin) to have paid for the repairs I requested a couple of times over. You would have recouped the cost of the repair from my business alone over the next few months if you were a person of worth, which you clearly are not. I figure it would have cost you $75-100 to do the right thing; my goal now is to cost you many times that. Anyway, Merry Christmas, and may you reap what you sow.

DOLPHIN CAR WASH II IN OTTAWA IL WILL NOT REPAIR ANY DAMAGE THEY INCUR ON YOUR VEHICLE!! These people damaged the window tint on my car and then denied responsibility. Tint was 5 days old, and the employees at this car wash were the only people who touched my windows since installation. The owner tried convincing me that the damage was there from the installers, which it was not. I would have seen it in the 5 intervening days if it had been there as it is very apparent. WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN, AND SUGGEST THAT YOU DON'T EITHER IF YOU VALUE THE APPEARANCE OF YOUR CAR!!!

I went to Dolphins recently to get the 20 dollar deal where they wipe down your dash and everything. well once I drove off and had the car back out in the sunlight, my interior windows were streaked and the dash was still dirty. For 20 dollars you are suppose to get the exterior washed and wiped down, the tires done (shined), the windows cleaned inside and out, interior vaccumed, and the dash wiped down. I have no idea what has happened to this car wash, they use to be really good. So when I got home I cleaned my own dash and windows. This day I was also trying to get on the road to drive to base for my retirement from the Navy. But instead I had to waste anothr half hour to clean what they didnt and I am out a few extra bucks for a so so job.

I went there. First they locked my keys in the car. Then tried to push it out by the spoiler and dented the trunk. Then tried to pay me off with car washes instead of paying for the damages. Plus they don't clean the brushes in the wash, so they're scratching your clearcoat when you get a wash. Which will cause rust later. Again, DO NOT GO if you like your paintjob!!!

Dolphin car wash is the best car wash i've ever been to. I travel a lot, when i got off the highway to wash my car I pulled in and could not believe the customer service of a car wash in a small town.
