Terrible place, you bring a 220 dollar brand new Milwaukee drill..with an accessory kit never used and he gives you 70 bucks. I could go on and on but this place is rip off joint. My personal opinion he is a heavy drinker and needs to feed his habit. Look at his nose. No matter what you bring him he will use his phone and screw you. Minus 5 stars I think his son is a decent guy that runs the Plainwell store and would do business with him anytime but unfortunately the old man runs it and controls what he buys. Very sad old man. Rather do business with Rick from Pawn Stars.

At least he is fair and has a brain
