Fuel quality, I can't judge. It burns, can't feel difference. But service man is what you need to watch out, a young man came and claimed my burner needed replacement, 'a big crack' inside, will blow up any time, scared my wife off. After I refused, he was upset and said, why you keep money in bank without spending. Three years later that bad burner still works today. Then he came by installed a pressure tank, within a year, after warranty for sure, it was suspiciously broken, he replaced it for several hundreds dollars! it was almost new. Then he took it for 'recycle'. I dare not use them ever again.

Woke up to a cold house; discovered that my previous supplier had gone out of business without notifying customers. Called Palisades and they were able to fill my tank the same day. Based on that, I'm very happy with them.
