I have been into this location several handfuls of times And each time that there has been a female working behind the desk, my experience has been less than satisfactory. She seems like she is more interested with what is on her phone then helping any customers, and acts like I am making her go out of her way when I ask her a question , because she has to put down her phone. I have even gotten to the point of walking into the store, seeing that she is working, and walked out.she even seems like it is a issue for her to get up and walk over to the shelves with the liquid on it to grab the one that I'm asking for. working in customer service for the past seven years, I have found that it is very important to at least make the customer feel like they're not being an annoyance, and I have yet to see her smile. it's almost as if she hates her job, but part of the working culture you put on a smile even if you are miserable. I have gotten excellent customer service from everybody else at that store except for that one employee, so I will continue with my business there as long as she is not the one helping me.
