Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I called ahead of time that I needed to drop off car at mechanic shop and time. I ended up waiting 45 minutes. I had my 3 children with me ages 5, 3 and 1 year just waiting on them . I called to get an ETA but never got a sorry from dispatch or from Driver. Never again.

Tracy, the night dispatch, is a very unprofessional and rude. She hung up on me on multiple occasions. ps if i could do a half star I would.

The can hasnt even showed up yet and ive been waiting for THIRTY FIVE MINUTES for a cab to even show up (we are ten minutes from the taxi location) and the dispatcher was rude and I will never NEVER take this taxi service and wouldn't recommend to a friend. They must have paid someone to write the review above me.

Called city cab when I was in a pinch and they got me where I needed to go quickly. Driver was courteous, great service, will definitely be calling them in the future.
