You have good and bad in All Professional Services! majority of the time I show respect and I received respect back!

For a &7.00 cab ride I get charged for 15$ I think the they should look up some one elesse to mKe there money
I know it's the the people that's taking the calls but it's the owner that takes people for granted he can can go do him self right himself we try to right but I don't see him on the tavern league?

First off the lady who answerers the phone to place your request "Tracy" has the worst attitude ever and a smart mouth and is very rude and cuts you off before you can finish a sentence and to make matters worst she swears she is the supervisor and there is no one above her to complain to about her. Then I get a driver who is clearly miserable then when he drops me off to my destination because I didn't take my change he decided to throw it at me. Literally coins hitting me in my back which was the most disrespectful b thing I've ever seen. Then when I call in to report this of course I get a hold to Tracy and her terrible attitude which was no help at all. In my opinion Oshkosh City cab is full of miserable people who hate their job and they need to be under new management!!!
