I dont normally write negative reviews but theseguus deserve it. They are very unprofessional. They came out to do an estimate and because they they got busy said they would not type up the estimate. I do give them credit for coming out quickly but that is all.

Please people, if you have a mold issue, DO NOT call these people. Unorganized!!! They would tell us this is what is happening, and usually was not. They contaminated our entire home with mold. After a so called cleaning, you could see what was done and what was not. I am having someone else to come in and fix drywall that was put up wrong!! Also then have someone else come in and fix the floor, and will be having a different cleaning service come in to do thorough cleaning as they barely passed the third test of the air in our home. People doing things that we were going to do, and of course we have gotten charged for. Some things on the bill that we were to do or had done, we were charged and had to pay. Then they send us a bill for what I went over with our insurance adjuster and we crossed off and deducted from what we REALLY OWE. Careful I spent several days waiting for someone to show up, no phone call, nothing. But I don't get paid those hours!!!! Very, very unorganized..............My next step is going to be filing a complaint with the BBB.

As a new home owner, I was shocked when I walked downstairs and found several inches of standing water in my basement. Aquire was the first company I called and I am so glad I did. Jeff Edmunds, and the entire Aquire staff, helped answer all of my questions, had great communication throughout the entire demolition/restoration project, and completed within a timely manner. They worked with me to make it affordable, offered great suggestions, and my basement looks even better than it did before the flood. I would highly recommend this company to my friends, family and anyone else in need of a restoration company. Thank you for all of your hard work...it is very much appreciated.

my fiance and I worked with Acquire on a property on 6th Avenue in Oshkosh that had water damage. The rep, Vanessa, was great and the whole team was very professional and did a great job. We highly recommend!

When our water heater burst, it caused damage to our basement family room. Aquire Restoration took care of the damage & restored everything to its original condition. Aquire's personnel did an outstanding job and were very easy to work with. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule, and yet they were able to get the work done in a short time frame. I am very glad I called them to take care of this problem.

I called Aquire to look at my basement. Moldy & mildew throughout. I was given a great quote. They came and were very professional in their work. They set up containment and cleaned up all my issued. It was done timely & professionally. Highly recommend them

We had a fire at our house back in June 2014. The owner of Aquire, in Oshkosh, came to our house, to seal up the garage with plywood, everyone who helped with Aquire was great, very easy to communicate with and the finished work was great. There were some staffing issues which resulted in us being out of the house longer, but they compensated by working hard to get us back in our house as soon as possible.

Lots of spring rain caused our sunken kitchen to obtain water damage. Aquire came in...removed all our flooring, all our cupboards and made sure our water damage was corrected. Lots of professionalism.

Took a long time to get here, then when they finally did, the job took 2 weeks longer than I was told it would take, and the work was not as good as I expected. The employees were very nice and apologetic or else this would have been a 1 star. If I have trouble in the future I will look elsewhere.

I hired Aquire after tenants moved out of a rental property that I own and left the home needing substantial repairs. I had a very short time frame for them to work within as I have new tenants taking occupancy. Window installations, countertops, doors and some flooring. All items completed on time, within the proposed estimate and quality of work is good. Matt at Aquire did a great job staying ahead of the details to get this project completed on time. I will certainly look to Aquire for future needs.

Aquire did a great job helping to put my house back in order after a house fire. The staff was friendly, they worked around my hours, and finished work ahead of schedule. At such a stressful time it was great to have such effective, curteous, and high quality service.

I recently hired Aquire to clean up toilet waste that flowed into my basement from the backed-up city sewer. They were highly professional, reasonable cost and the basement is dry and mold-free. I would highly recommend Aquire, which is based in Oshkosh but serves the entire Fox Valley. If it is basement restoration or clean-up you require, contact Aquire. They already rate 5 stars; I would give them 10 if I could.

When one of my pipes burst I was devastated because I thought I would have to buy all new stuff on top of repair costs. Aquire Restoration was quick, very polite, and when they were done my stuff looked better than it did before the water damage. I cannot thank Jeff and his team enough!!!

Our sump pump failed and water saturated the carpet in our family room. Our insurance agent contacted Aquire Restoration and Jeff came to our home right away. He assessed the situation and within a very short time the crew was at our home to begin the work. Jeff came back several times over the next few days to check on things. The results were amazing! We are very pleased with the service we received.

We highly recommend Aquire Restoration. We recently had some water damage that was quite extensive. Our insurance company recommended Acquire. We met with Tyler after work one day and the next morning his crew was here setting up all their equipment. They kept the work pace going--we had someone here on a daily basis completing projects, including carpeting and drywall. Tyler, Derek, Ryan and their crews were excellent to work with and we are very pleased with the results. They were easy to talk to and made sure everything we needed was addressed. We've already given their name out to others.

You would not believe it- they were here within 20 minutes of my phone call!

They helped me move my things out of the room before they started.

The initial clean up was completed all at one time-everything done the first day.

My furniture was totally cleaned up after any messy or dusty work had been done.

The expensive rug from the dining room was returned to me dry cleaned!

We have had a number of water-related issues over the past few years. In 2008, our basement was flooded by the big June storm while we were on vacation. By the time we got home, there was mold all over the place. Jeff, Mike and their crew made our basement look better than it did before the flooding. They kept us informed every step of the way, were easy to deal with and always came when called. They even came to fix damages that were made by an idiot cable tv installer. This past summer, we needed them again. During the night in July when 3 different storms came through, we called them and Derek's crew was there in 20 minutes. They came back a couple times during the night and the next day. Derek really went out of his way to help us. Jeff sent over a mason to fix our windows. He was awesome. Then Derek came over and framed them in. I can't say enough good things about this group of guys. They work hard, are efficient, professional and are some of the nicest people you will meet. They worked with us and feel more like friends than business associates. I highly recommend them.

I have used Aquire on three seperate occasions during the past two years. The first was a basement clean-up, then painting a basement, then for some small demolition. They take and return calls right away, give estimates right away and schedule work quickly and around my schedule. The employees are professional and do a great job and the rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will continue to call Aquire for all of my home restoration needs.
