Probably the worst experience ive ever had in a hair salon. Desirae made me feel so uncomfortable because she later explained was having a bad day (thanks for throwing your stress on me). Was really looking forward to treating myself. My hair turned out decent, but your unprofessional manner in talking to me was not ok in any service atmosphere. I work hard enough for my money I should get a fantastic experience. I didn't appreciate leaving the salon in wet hair as I had other things in town to do for the day. A basic service I thought for a higher end Aveda concept salon
