Im a disabled person w/ a registered service dog and I was displaced during the pandemic. I moved to Orrville to rebuild my life. I was in dire need of clothing so I went to New Orr Not to try to replace what I’ve lost. And thru each and every shopping experience I was getting vibes “ like I wasn’t welcomed there” and one of the employees that works there lives in my apartment community. She spread lies and falsehoods about me and my service dog to the owners whom in return BANNED ME and my service dog just because she “ supposedly “ got bite by a flea. Since than she has BANNED Me and my service dog until I can show proof that my dog, myself, and my apartment has been flea treated. Talk about discrimination! I filled motions with the civil rights agency and the bbb in regards to this matter. I’ve also contacted the mayors office and I plan to file a lawsuit if this matter CAN NOT be resolved. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone NOT even if it was the last store on earth. There IS NO customer service in this store, just favoritism. Ive been disabled most of my life and NEVER HAVE I EVER been treated in a way this store and it’s employees had treated me.

You will not be disappointed in the quality, selection and prices! They have wonderful customer service. Always clean and up to date clothing!
