The turn around time for getting an appointment was very quick (just a few days). Receptionist was pleasant enough. Audiologist performed a hearing exam. Rating was not 5 stars due to the fact that the audiologist, for whatever reason, did not provide a thorough explanation of my hearing loss or attempt to explain the test results in laymen's terms. Her only comment was that "you would benefit from wearing hearing aids and here are two that I would recommend." No details were provided, why she selected these--either the brands or the style. I was given no literature to read/look over. Supposedly all of the audiologist @ this facility are doctors of audiology (a plus) but the audiologist assigned to me scores very low on her ability to communicate with and educate the consumer. Considering that I will in all likelihood be spending upwards of $3500 to $5000 on the aids, I would expect more. I have subsequently done my own research on the internet and will seek out another facility for a 2nd opinion.
