Provided by YP.comI have used them for 3 repairs on my Ford Explorer. Each time, they exceeded my expectations. They always finish earlier than estimated and they make everything easy. Shortly after I had a repair to my car door, my husband accidentally scratched the same area. I took the car back and asked them to fix the scratch fully expecting to pay for the repair but they buffed the scratch out while I waited and did it as a courtesy with no charge. I will always choose them.

Provided by YP.comVery pleased with the final outcome. I originally had a major issue with a miscommunication over a second estimate of work, whether Caliber would take the work, and whether I was going to move forward with Caliber. After Caliber’s Conflict Resolution Manager Cory got involved, Caliber quickly moved from unresponsive and challenging to work with, to bending over backwards to make things right. Cory’s ability to turn my experience around has given me pause, and now I would definitely go back. Not everything works out perfectly from the start, but Caliber will do everything in their power to make things right, and end things on a high note.

I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am Soldier in the Army and Caliber Collision used a âÂÂBait & Switchâ tactic on me.â¨â¨
I brought my truck in for minor body damage resulting from a vehicle collision. My truck had other minor damage I had never gotten fixed as it was below my deductible. The service advisor I spoke with, Dan K***, assured me both scopes of work could be done, and a separate quote would be generated. I thought this was amazing as this would save me from having to pay for a rental vehicle a separate time for the additional scope of work, two birds/one stone as it were.â¨â¨
I never received a second quote. A few days later I dropped off my truck; Dan seemed as if he had not remembered to generate the second quote. When I questioned Dan about the second quote, he told me he would get the quote out to me that evening. That evening he sent an email saying Caliber Collision would not do the second scope of work as it was too small and too difficult, i.e. there was no money in it. That was the whole reason I was trying to roll it in to the first scope of work. The inability to do the second scope of work would have been fine; however, that should have been clearly communicated before I dropped my truck off, before I rented a vehicle out of my own pocket, and before I got my insurance company to disperse payment for the first scope of work.â¨â¨
Caliber Collision said they could do the work, then assured me they would follow-up, then switched and dropped the second scope of work last minute: quintessential âÂÂbait and switch.âÂÂ
