Tomoka Elementary School is a coeducational school of more than 900 students from prekindergarten through grade five. It offers a wide range of academic subjects, such as math, science, social studies, reading, writing, language art, English, computer technology, basic skills, and health and physical education. The school offers a variety of programs, including gifted, exceptional student education, language impaired classes and English for students of other languages. It has a parent-teacher association that provides planning and implementation of a variety of fundraising activities for the benefit of school. In addition, the school provides a cafeteria with a variety of food menus. Established in 1968, Tomoka Elementary School maintains an average class size of 25 and is located in Ormond Beach, Fla.
