Excellent service and attitude. Gerald was able to accommodate my schedule. He called when he was on his way. He and his associate were professional . Great care was taken not to damage my furniture. My carpet and area rugs look new ! I would definitely use them again .

I had my upholstery and an area rug cleaned. Gerald did a fantastic job. The furniture is 10 yrs old, gone thru' 2 dogs and 2 cats. It came out looking like brand new. No obnoxious perfumes during or after. Fast to dry also. I will make sure to call him when I am ready to have the carpets cleaned. Professional and pleasant manner.

Based on the 5 star reviews, we hired Superior Carpet Solutions to assist us with water damage to carpet in our living room. After removal of existing pad and drying out the carpet with a dehumidifier, Gerald installed new pad, re stretched existing carpet and then cleaned and sanitized the carpet. We are thrilled with the work he did and the cost we paid. We would highly recommend his company.

Gerald did an Awesome cleaning job on my carpets. He got almost everything off my carpets and my carpets looked pretty bad from the my kids and my friends dog:)

Gerald did a great job on our living room carpet. Our large dog likes to lie in the same place and had left a dark spot on the tan carpet. We tried everything and couldn't get it clean. Gerald made it look like new again. He was very thorough and charged us a reasonable rate. We will definitely have him back to clean the rest of the carpeting in our house.

I have used Gerald Bishop and Superior Carpet Solutions twice in the last month on two separate houses and both times he did a "Superior" job. He was on time and thorough and the work was a good as could be. His rates are very fair and I would use him or recommend him to anyone at anytime.

What a great job they did. We hired them from Texas for our rental property in Florida for our new tenants to move in. Our home is almost 3000 square feet, and then needed the grout done too upon arrival, and we're able to fit it in without much notice. The house came out wonderfully, and smelled so good! Fantastic job and fantastic quality!! Would highly recommend them for any job big or small. We'll definitely be repeat customers.
