I waited inline for 20 minutes...

I waited inline for 20 minutes just to talk to someone about business cards, afterwhich I was informed that their computors were down. Their staff is incompetent and also not very freindly or helpfull. They are also extremely shorthanded, I would recommend somewhere else for all of your business needs.

understaffed but convenient

store has been updated recently and provides a decent selection of products to choose from and is convenient for those in Ormond. The only negative thing is that they are consistently under-staffed and finding someone to help you in the store can involve searching and/or long waits. When you DO find staff, they are always helpful though.
