Get a Rabies shot and (B.Y.O.B.S.) Bring your own bug spray!. I don't know whats worse, the Guttersnipe hair burner that greats you or the roaches that chase you out the door. Watch out for the mouse droppings on the sidewalk out front. Great news! There is plenty of parking available!
