Had the wind up alarm clock I had been looking for just days before Christmas. Friendly folks

Several years ago after a hurricane they took possession of my father's arts and crafts grandfather clock. The insurance paid to have it fully restored. They sold it for pennies on the dollar. My father so it hardly anything for this magnificent clock.

Do NOT trust these people. They are incompetent and they LIE. I brought my Victorinox watch to them for a battery replacement.



They did not warn me it might void the warranty if they opened it (you would think they might know that, being the business they are in).



Then, once they replaced the battery, the lights on the watch stopped working. They said they'd have their watch "specialist" take a look and he said the interior was "corroded".



I have since sent my watch to the manufacturer (with a void warranty, because these bozos opened the watch without asking/advising re: warranty).



Victorinox said there was absolutely NO corrosion. They asked where I'd had the battery replaced and suggested I never go back to a place where the people are obviously beyond incompetent. They were shocked the job was so totally botched. These folks even used the WRONG battery!!!



By the way, I never got even a small apology. They blamed the watch, the seal, moisture, etc. Plus, it is going to cost me well over $300 because these people are jerks.



If all you need to do is buy a clock, you are likely better at a department store. I wouldn't trust these people to even ring up the sale properly.



They should be out of business.
