I cant Believe They took my Review Down why would they take my review down if they were not hiding anything had a terrible experience in the rehab hospital itself I fear for older people that have no family with them there They Drop People over medicate never change gloves when talking care of patients send people home without the proper equipment send people home with wrong medication Horrible place !!!! and the administrator did nothing when told our concerns I was told its a beach town cant get good help Really !!!!!! and they were paid good for our 3 mos stay

Waited over 3 hrs. to be seen! 2 Doctors and 2 nurses running a full ER. You're out in the waiting area and have no idea what's going. No one lets you know what's going on. They don't let the patients know how backed up they are so you sit there annoyed. No one to ask, no updates, NOTHING! Very displeased with the service. Fl hospital is going down hill sad to say. Poor quality of service. That's why I gave it the lowest possible score.

Yikes the lack of empathy was off the charts. Profound unprofessional mean spirited female Doctor. An outright abuse of trust! DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY! I wish I knew the Doctor that I might call her out by name. Just picture Medusa that will give you the emotional word picture of what my wife and I experienced while visiting 264 S Atlantic Ave Ormond Beach, FL 32176
