We had three blown outlets (one being the refrigerator). Brusque person said he would send someone in 1.5 hours. Four hours later someone came and looked at the problem. Their fix was to run a new line to the refrigerator and had some guesses about the other two problems. Fixed the line to the refrigerator and said they would come back the next day to fix the rest. Next day - no show, no call. We called some real electricians who said they see this all the time with complex or difficult issues. The amateurs don't want to touch the job because it is hard work or out of their depth. To be honest one of the items was not hard to fix, but took some effort as they had to move the ovens to reach a blown outlet hidden behind them.
