As I entered the new store, just as they open I turned around and walked out. All I could smell is chemicals and cleaners..what a disapointment.

My service was absolutely HORRIBLE. I called my order in and waited about 15 minutes to go and get it and ended up waiting over 1 hour inside while they lost my meal. They said sorry and decided to make my meal and screwed it up another 2 times. By this time I'm assuming I am receiving some sort of credit after waiting in the pick-up station for over and hour & FINALLY receive my order and SURPRISNGLY get CHARGED for double meat. I walked out with having to pay over $14 after waiting in a station where I should of been out in 2-5 minutes, for an hour and 10 minutes. I kept a positive attitude the entire time and once I saw I was charged for double meat or even a meal in general, I couldn't help but leave this review.



I am very disturbed and upset about the service I received and the additional charge when I didn't order it.
