The people who run this are very caring, kind, and professional. They always do such a nice job with our cleaning and are super helpful when we have something like a broken zipper, need a button re-attached or have a special request. Thank you Breakway!

We been going here for ten years and we drop at least 30-50 piece of shirts and pants at once.. When a pair of pants that my husband noticed went missing they automatically got defensive and said, "we didn't lose them".. While I was on the phone, she never checked or called where they sent them or cared to resolve the issue but again said "we don't lose clothes".. I asked if the owner could call me because the lady was rude and he never called me back.. But I did get a message from the rude lady called saying they looked at their surveillance and didn't see the pants.. Really? I'd love to see that video since dress pants look fairly similar.. Great way to treat people after ten years and wish I would of counted my pieces when we dropping them off but we put or trust in them always... No sorry to hear that, no let me see if I can find them or let me call you back after we look but just a nasty defensive attitude.. We will take our business up towards 95 who are cheaper and nicer people to deal with..
