Usually I would rate them a 5! We love having a place to park and use the bathroom when we go to Ormond beach. They do a great job keeping it clean with all the visitors. I dont know what happened this year though but the ramp has been closed all summer, forcing the handicapped, families with strollers and everyone with any kind of wheeled carts to go down a little farther and use the car beach access. And the concession stand has been closed the times we’ve been down. Still a great place but I hope they can reopen the ramp soon.
