We bought a couple of Best recliners from Whitmire's. They delivered the wrong color of recliners. We ordered BLUE. They gave us GREEN chairs. The Whitmire salesperson put the wrong code on the order. Now, Whitmire won't give us the right color recliners without a $150 restocking fee. Plus, we would have to pay $80 for delivery (or more). This is not the customer service we would expect from Whitmire's. Disappointing!
