I joined the Wah Lum family about 8 months ago and I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have been taking the Kung Fu class along with Tai Chi and the Extreme fitness class. I must say I am not one to challenge myself, but the instructors are phenomenal and take the time and energy to motivate and push me beyond what I thought I was capable of doing. I am so motivated to come I almost have withdrawals when I miss a class!! Trust me, sign up and you will become addicted. You will see your body change for the better and your mind as well. You can feel the love when you walk in the door. I have made some wonderful friendships with other students and it just feels like one big happy family from the moment you walk in.

This place is the real deal! Love it!!
