As the Owner of the company I want to thank all my current customers and in 3 years Yellow Book has had this only bad review. Out of 156 Residential customers for over 3 years this is the only complaint and it was a misunderstanding and has been solved. I believe this customer reacted before fully ubderstanding the overall situation. Our company can provide multiple references if needed and has 156 satisfied customers. Thank you.
