I can highly recommend Traditions Title Company to handle the closing for anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Traditions Title isn’t just an ordinary title company. They really go above and beyond to do a great job for the client. Stacy the owner is personally involved in most of the closings, and she really pays attention to detail and makes sure things are handled quickly and accurately. I’ve used them for several closings and even some challenging untraditional type of deals and they have always gone very smoothly. The owner Stacy has even gone out of her way to do some extra research for me on properties she was not even involved with. She’s been like a private detective on some deals doing extensive research to get to the bottom of the title issues involved. Such a rare find in the title industry! Unlike some other title companies that are slow, unfriendly and disorganized Traditions Title is truly a pleasure to work with.
