If I could give "0" stars, I would. Stay away from this company and place your order elsewhere. This is a terribly run and managed business, don't waste your time. It's been over 3 weeks since I placed an order for monogrammed tumblers for the holidays. I sent 3 separate emails with no response from this company. I still have not received items and the owner has not responded despite multiple phone calls. Shipping in my confirmation email was "Overnight Delivery guaranteed", yet this company cheaped out and sent my order via standard USPS. Beyond unacceptable.
