Avoid this place. Pricing discripencies all around. Went in for a ad that says $1099 per eye plus $1000 off if you book surgery before a certain date. Prices ended up at 2598 for extra services for both eyes for things that should have been included in the 1099 price - extra things that sales rep and doctors are on the same page and only see $$$ signs. Seems like they are all about money. My total price for surgery should have been $1200 not $2598 for extra things like hydration plugs and lifetime assurance plan. The hydration plugs should have been included in the $1099 price and not cost extra. As medical profffessions it should be included in the 1099 not at an extra cost if you are dealing with a customers eye. Seems like the doctors (not surgeons because I haven't met) but it seems like LVI is all about making there commissions and not concerned with doing whats right and telling the customer whats REALLY INCLUDED in the $1099 price. Lost me as a customer. Do your research before!
