Let's forget explaining why we got here? The point is that we needed a RESTART button. I have dealt with many law firms over the past 4 years for personal reasons. THAT is what got me here.

After watching and listening to other attorny's that so called "represented" their clients during the actual BR hearings...........I was shocked at how unprepared they were! Benenati Law firm are not only prepared , they will almost hold your hand through every aspect of a BR with support and a smile.

The office was immaculate; staff was courteous and very professional. During our first meeting all of our concerns were heard and addressed. We didn't meet with one of the clerks we met the attorney, Mr. Walter Benenati himself who guided us through the process; he was patient and understanding of our needs. We would highly recommend his offices service to all of our family, friends, and colleagues. We didn't leave the office feeling like another case file. Mr. Benenati is a man you can respect and trust to help you with your financial difficulties.

Bankruptcy was something I was afraid of, but Mr Benenati and his friendly staff helped ease my angst.
