Watch out for sales pitch

Verbally face-to-face told rep I couldn't afford more than $20 per month or $60 quarterly. Draws up contract different from what I agreed to. Trusting the rep I didn't read when I signed. Have called 3 times to service center & no return call rec'vd. They're reps aren't honest & tricked me into something I can't afford.
