I've been a sprint customer for 11 years I have never been so disrespected by a customer representative than i did by the man that did not help me when I walked in to the store. I just bought a brand new note 5 last Saturday and I understand that certain phones are defective. I've been on the phone with customer service for two days with this phone because it is defective. they told me to come into the store where I bought it and they will replace it because the phone itself is defective I made an appointment with customer care I have the appointment email that I showed him he looked at the phone and told me that this looked like a tmobile phone also he said he couldn't help me because I didn't have the box it came in which is not true he basically just dismissed me and shooed me away and said that he couldn't do anything for me. I got on the phone with customer care the gentleman that I talked to chase was very nice and told me that I did not need to have the box that it was a system failure and they can most definitely help me. I ended up going to another Sprint store right down the road that is an actually repair store on Colonial where a gentleman promptly help me. Think twice before going into the store I really was a fan until I met this gentleman and I do not think that he should have his job nobody should be shoved away just because the store is busy especially when I've been a loyal customer for 11 years big fail sprint. I also know that this is a third party Sprint store so I know it's not a direct reflection of what Sprint has to offer but this store is a no go for me...
