I moved into this complex about a year ago and I am very impressed with improvement. I know they went under new management and being that my building was old, they had alot to work on. Nevertheless my building is painted and I cant wait to see what next they will improve.

I had a problem with a "stranger" unlocking and opening my apartment door without any kind of notice. I just heard a couple of loud knocks at my door and a loud announcement that I did not understand. Before I could answer my door, a stranger was unlocking and opening my door. (I found out a week later the stranger was maintenance and the property manager gave the stranger a key to my apartment to do some alterations to a window) I never was informed that maintenance was coming to my apartment. The property manager later came to my door to accompany the stranger. I refused to let them both in my apartment. The manager said he was going to write my up (even though he is the one who violated my rights.) I shut the door and I called consumer services and found out the manager violated statue 83.53: landlords are require to give 12 hour written notice before entering tenants' apartments when it is not an emergency. I filed a complaint with consumer services. It is under review at the prese
