Smart City displays an ineptitude with customer communication. Their customer service hotline employees are usually rude, and e-bills sometimes never make it to my email inbox. They say that they offer free wifi in downtown Celebration, FL, but I've never been able to get it to work. They are cheap, but their billing services and customer support are of very low quality.
