Buyer Beware! Veterans/Military Run! I purchased a vehicle from R.P.T. Sales through the USAA car buying service. I traded in my truck for a minivan. It has been over a month and RPT still has not paid off my trade in. Needless to say we are now making two payments one for which is a vehicle that is no longer in my possession. Furthermore, the service leading up to the sale was good. However, after signing the paperwork it seemed like the customer service went out the window. If you are active duty military or a veteran using USAA run! I have already filed a complaint with USAA to have RPT removed from their car buying service. One more thought, our temporary tag expires in 24 hours. My guess is that our sales rep Cole Harvey and the team at R.P.T. dropped the ball on that as well.
